Kenya Marine Fisheries and Socio-Economic Development Project (KEMFSED) is a jointly funded Programme by World Bank and the Government of Kenya (GoK). The Programme is National in scope and works with 5 Coastal Counties (Kwale, Mombasa, Kilifi, Tana River, and Lamu). The Project Development Objective (PDO) is to improve management of priority fisheries and mariculture and increase access to complementary livelihood activities in coastal communities.
