In preparation for the Second Phase Of the PICD Training at a Ward Level, the Nyali Sub-County project team in Mombasa County convened a meeting with the village elders and legitimizers from Ziwa La Ngombe, Mkomani and Kongowea to sensitize them on the KEMFSED Project and the upcoming PICD process .The PICD team also administered the Venn Diagram a tool in the PICD process that is used to identify internal institutions in the ward that propel development in their wards.
